  MultiVisor® Components

The key to Volution's performance and cost effectiveness is it's MultiVisor Plug'n Play system controller and family of specialized Smart Actuator Modules called SAMs. The SAMs contain embed microprocessors optimized for each of the functions needed in an AOI system: illumination, image capture, image processing, motion, PLC interface, etc. It is simple and quick to bus together a suite of SAMs and have the MultiVisor controller automatically sequence through all of tasks making up an inspection cycle.
